Considering the current circumstances under the novel coronavirus, we have to make corresponding arrangements for after-sales and maintenance services.

1.If your device is in the warranty period, please contact local dealer first once you find problem in the machine.

2.If it is out of the warranty period, please first give feedback to FiiO Company by sending an email to support@fiio.com or support@fiio.net and send the defective device to FiiO Company. We would handle it properly to ensure customer's satisfaction.

3.From February 18th, part of the maintenance personnel would continually start to work. For repair maintenance services, we are sorry to indicate that it would cost more time than before due to the special situation.

4.If you have any questions, you can visit our website on the Support area or send an email to support@fiio.com or support@fiio.net to get related information.

We would try our best to provide services for you. Sincerely asking for your understanding.
